    Default Tony Miller?

I still can't decide on a new strop. It sounds like tony miller strops are on a waiting list?????????? I don't know. What do I do? I want a quality strop.

The easiest option is to have a look at the strop reviews in the review section of this site. There are viable alternatives.

Contact Tony through his website and ask how long the list is in weeks. If it is too long for you, there are also others who make top-quality bespoke strops, that might be able to help you.

I'd argue that once you go past the very cheap strops of ebay and buy a known brand strop, you are buying quality.

Do you already own a strop or is the Tony Miller your very first strop purchase? Please advise....

SRD had strops and so does the classifieds here on SRP. There are also strops by KenRup and other commercially available strops.

If you visit Tony's site not all his strops are on wait. It all depends on what you want.

    It'd be worth the wait.

    Default Tony Miller?

    Hello, Sharpshave:

I second BeBerlin's comment about making a stop at the strop reviews. It would give you some good ideas and options to start with.

    Regards,

The only strop I have is the one I started with and it is a Dubl Duck special no. 1. Cordovan shell. 3". The canvas strap is stiff and soaked a wax soap or something. I know I can do better than this strop. Thankyou guys for your input and help.
