    Or you can hold the leather piece in your mouth while you strop on the webbing piece on the crox side. It works for me.

    If it's possible to unscrew all the hardware and have the webbed fabric on its own then why could you not simply put it in the washing machine?

    Mink oil takes it off my leatherwith a little rubbing , maybe warm water.
