Thread: In the market for a new strop....on amazon if possible.

Need a new strop, have a $25 amazon gift card that could go towards said strop...otherwise I have $50 to put towards a non-amazon strop...

To recap: $75 if on Amazon, $50 elsewhere. Any suggestions?

You can get a quality strop from any of the vendors who advertise here at SRP.

I purchased a bridle leather strop from one of them last December to replace a latigo leather strop that I purchased from yet another SRP vendor. I like both strops very much.

In fact, the Premium IV Bridle Leather strop is on sale right now.

I agree with the above, spend the $50 elsewhere. Use the gift card for something else.

They are all smokin'n crack! I just saw an SRD strop on Amazon.. 64 bucks... Buy it.

So SRD is now trading on Amazon under the name of "Smallflower" with only one strop in stock.

I like my strop...It was 36. But I never had an SRD strop, so maybe it doesn't matter. Anyhow, I got it from Ebay, but you can save a dollar if you go to the website. Starshavingsupplies.com I think. Not sure about that, but it's called a "Big Mamma". Something to look at anyhow, just to give you an option.
