My first one looks like a tapped danced on it with cleats, and I really wasn't being quick or careless...it's just sh#% happens I reckon. I'm much better now so am using my Rupp Filly ($70 for 3" and D ring w/shipping). Can't beat that so I'm diligent and patient with 'er and she'll last me a lifetime. Good luck bud...

    How about a pic?

Some can be fixed with a small amount of glue. If done correctly, it can be hard to find.

I fixed my SRD paddle strop, it was small slice. I was able to glue the piece down with a small amount of crazy glue. No sanding. The biggest thing is, knowing how much glue will come out. You don't need much. You don't want it to ooze out onto the leather.

You can actually put some on a paper plate, and use a toothpic to transfer the glue.

Once glued, apply some pressure and your good to go. I can't even see my repair anymore. Lot's of rubbing.

Two part epoxy can be used too, It dries slower, and gives you more time.

Crazy glue will work, you just don't have as much time.

    Good luck....
