    Great vid,thx.would imagine that big mill vice also aids as a heat sink.

    The vise does help out, if you are quick about it, you can do it without the heat block paste. I like having the security blanket of the paste though.

    I am not sure about an arbor press, the vise/heatsink is the key. the tang is easy enough to bend with pliers.
