Steam may be better. I'd try that first. I wouldn't use boiling. Boil the water then let it cool down. These things can get hot and flexible and become all sorts of shapes. None of which you can use for your razor.

Thanks for the replies Guys!! I don't know what I'm going to do yet but I will keep you up to date on how it turns out and what way I used.
And if there are any other ideas keep this coming its great!

Those are Beau Brummel Scales, a close cousin to the Dubl Duck razors, which means that their scales are of the same formula of Celluloid (there are many)..
With that extreme of a warp, and taking into account the brand of scales I would be very suspect of the scales, either already beginning to degrade with Celluloid Rot or being very close to that stage
Cell Rot is insidious in that it it different with the different formulas so it is hard to nail down the early symptoms but I would be highly suspect of those scales..
Use the search feature to find more about "Celluloid Rot" I know I put up a few pics and descriptions in the past on here and so did others
