100th time asked but still - whashers check before purchase
Let me apologize in advance ,.. I know that it has been asked a lot and that there is a tone of posts, after looking at them I would like to be sure before buying. I prefer to use 0.80 torx screws (the thread part is 1.52mm thick) I use 1.5 or 2mm brass rods also. I am still a bit confused with US washers sizes, so if some one would care to answer the 3 questions below that would be great..(thanks)
1.) peening brass washers (would have to fit screws as well!): FWB0 - #0 - Flat Washers - Brass - Micro Fasteners )
2.) pivot brass washers (the pivot is usually 2 mm may be a little less) (which do you usually use, I guess you have to additionally flatten them with a hammer in every case?) I was thinking of getting these -> FWBW0 - #0 wide - Flat Washers - Brass - Micro Fasteners
3.) which washers would you recommend to buy for making a 3 stacked washers (made of eg 3 washers, not a 1 punched washer that looks like 3), when I did this with ss washers I got locally the problem was if the holes (inned diameters) were different sizes, is there a possibility of getting 3 outer diameter gradual sizes with same (eg 1.5-2 mm) inner diameter?
thanks a bunch
