you can see how the scale is spread much more on the tang side compared to the wedge.

The tang on the Boker has a different tang angle too combined with the thickness of the scales and the thickness of the tang are creating a condition that isn't ever going to allow flex.. Basically it won't work..
You either need to find a vintage set that is off a near razor or build a custom set to that razor..
Is that a 5/8 razor ????
