    I really don't want to modify the blade of a vintage blade, I just really like the look of the adjustable pins. Since this is for a FW Engels 5/8, I don't think they'll look right. If I get a big fat WB or something and I can get a small enough adjustable pin that won't require modifying the pivot, then I might go for it. Otherwise, I'll stick to conventional pinning.

    Also, pixelfixed, I never got around to saying how great those loom strops you made looked. I'm going to have to give that a go somday!
