Default help identifying a razor and other questions

    hi all,

so i got this razor for the scales. I didn't spend much $20 with shipping. thought it would be cool to clean up and throw a new blade in. but my question is what the exact model might be or any other info on it. i did find a section here i believe with info on the company that imported them. but nothing on this razor.
It has the number 19 and WM & Elliot Co made in Germany on it. i took a picture of my dovo next to it for comparison on the blade. the blade is quite small compared but i was wondering if it is usable if honed and cleaned & all that jazz.

I'm sorry for the dirty counter lol

    Could it be saved?
    Probably.
Is that blade worth the effort?
As a learning tool yes but I doubt it would become a daily driver.
It should have a slight smile to it and it looks to have a frown now.
I would personally pass on it for the restoration.
Just my opinion looking at the pictures.

There is a bit more information in this thread for you
