Definitely no sanding on this one. Can't Even use the magnetic, blade holder. You can see the blade flex from the magnets. All work is blade in hand, or laying on a piece of hard neoprene.

The top of the pin hole has been beveled, so I need to fill them to keep the collars from sinking in. All goes as planned, should have it back together tonite. :tu

I have rode in snow. Built motors that had to have break in and such. I used to put at least 50 miles on per day in snow and cold. November, December, January it didn't matter. Had to make sure all was right before trailering it to the new owner. Don't really miss that, I miss the summer cruise control issues :D
