All went perfectly.

Used sand paper, taped to ends of pencil erasers to sand the areas of repair, 400-600-1000 grt, buffed the celluloid inlay with dremmel, rag wheel and starbrite plastic scratch remover, the metal by hand with MAAS.
Pinned with silver collars and brass pins.
