You are honing on the stabilizer, (end of edge is well past stabilizer edge, RED arrow), keeping the heel half of the blade off the stone.
This accounts for the thin bevel at the heel, the wear on the spine at the toe and the wavy frowning edge. Trying to get the heel honed, they just added more pressure and ground the spine and wonky edge, needlessly.
Re-shape the heel to bring the end of the edge well before the stabilizer 1/8 to ¼ inch will take the stabilizer out of play, (BLUE arrow) and allow the heel half of the blade to lay flat on the stone.
It is a simple process on a diamond pate that takes but, a few minutes, there are several good posts on reshaping the heel.
Ducks are thin so be careful with your pressure.
