A few things going on in the hoarders corner this morning.
I honed a small ship and crack out of a very old Henckels 12 and slipped her into a pretty MOP dress.
Fixed a heal hook in a Friodur 72 1/2.
Started working out some grind marks on the spine of a Friodur 14
I did not have the nerve required to pin the MOP collarless, so I used the Babar collars so it tightens against the blade not the scales.

Nice, Rez! Good move on the collars. Those scales are easy to crack!

They had a crack already on the back side that I glued with some new to me epoxy. Seems like it is the cat's pajamas, dries crystal clear and seems like a really great bond. I glued a popsicle stick to my drill press table with it. Of course it was the dirty table because it got glued there by by absent mindedness, and it still stuck pretty good. Now to finish that 14, make a set of scales for it and probably that will be it for today

Great work RezDog! Some fine looking razors there.

She cleaned up nice Martin. Love the tail on that one. What are the scales made of?
-
Scales are celluloid. In somewhat decent shape for being around 130 years old.

Nice job, Martin, it's a beauty! That tail sure makes you look twice. Another one from your collection of New York home growns? Sweeeet.
