Thread: Awesome service from Micro Fasteners...

Earlier today I emailed Micro Fasteners asking if they carried a certain sized SS washer. They replied yes, right away. I ordered the washers, then got a call back from Kathy at Micro Fasteners wondering if the washer I ordered was correct. Come to find out, I ordered the wrong one, and they caught it and called back right away offering to correct my mistaken order.

Hard to find customer service like this anymore.

I agree entirely with this. I couldn't find anything in my part of the world and had to import. Their cost and service were excellent - they worked out even cheaper than postage from our close neighbours Australia. Highly recommended.

Had a similar experience a few years ago when I ordered washers. I got my package and they were the wrong ones...can't even remember if it was my mistake or theirs. So I contacted them and explained the situation and they had the correct ones in the mail without any question, and just requested I sent the ones I had back in the envelope they enclosed. Great service.
