    Starting a new project for Gonzo, been a good friend so figured I can part with a couple of my buddies. For your enjoyment Ill document the restore/customization of these twins.

    I do like pairs. I have no idea why but a matched or even very close to matched pair is styling. I have a few and think everyone should have a pair or two in their collection.

    I have a pair, not Wade & Butchers but a matching pair of Joseph Rodgers & Sons 5/8 French point in Ivory w/lead wedge, top & bottom jimps, both are very smooth shavers.

    BTW, very nice pair of Wade & Butchers.

    Just finished preping the slabs of katalox...started with 1/4" slabs so had to sand em to 1/8".

    Design work and template for scales...along the lines of the W&B Logo...shall see if my carving skills are OK....should be fun… feedback please~

    I like that design. Reminds me of an arrow. Looks good.

    DoughBoy68 - I have a pair of 5/8 Joseph Rodgers Ivory scales as well...posted my pair in the Gentleman's Set sub-thread...would be interesting to compare, I would like to see your set of Rodgers.

    Will be watching the restore Dennis....

    Ive got a pair of rodgers at home as well, one is scaled in ivory the other has been replaced though and comes in a double box

    Thats the look im going for, not sure how it will turn out but we shall see, just based it off the W&B arrow logo...havent decided on the iron cross inlay material or wedge material yet.
