When I first read the title I imagined something a lot worse. It is not that bad, btw it is a nice looking razor.

That just sounds all wrong but at least you aren't photographing other guys dinks

Same here, I expected to see a huge chunk gone from the blade or something like that!

Thanks for the link on the microscope...on the sink issue...

A razor is a tool. I find mine shave much more comfortably when rinsed, which I do under the faucet (which I replaced with a semi high rise one). In one of Glen's YouTube videos he says...it's called wet shaving. I believe that and therefore use water freely. You just need to take care and dry everything well afterwards, including the insides of the scales.
    Just call me Harold

Yeah, there are several ways of drying from rags & towels to canned air like for computers. If I don't have any canned air, I'll go the other options.

    Default Microscope

This is the Digitec USB microscope I use, I bought it from a local dealer in Australia for about $100 AU ($80 US). I have seen them a bit cheaper but I wanted the 5 MP camera for better clarity. I have seen many brands of USB camera with the same 5MP ability for as much as $350 AU but I doubt the quality would be much different. I am also using an Apple Mac computer which gives excellent photographic management results through Aperture or even the iPhoto that comes with the computer.
