Small hardware stores like ACE have lots of different grits. Osh has a good selection. I got my hard to find grits at the local industrial hardware. The guy will get me anything within a day if I order by 9.

Home Depot in the Paint section. They have it in 3 sheets per grit. and or Combo package . 220-800 grit there. Autoparts store in the bodywork isle. same sort of deal 1K-3K grits are normal.

+1 on the local auto store. Lots of high grit stuff designed for autobody.

walmart- 400,600,800,1000,2000,3000

Any grit you ever need, including micromesh, right here at my favorite store.

Home Depot, Lowes, and my local ACE all had minimal selection of grits.

I didnt think about Advance Auto, NAPA or Wallmart, though... why in the world didnt I think about Wallmart??

Pah... I admit, I am an idiot. Just found everything I need on Amazon Prime. Have no idea why I didnt find them in my initial search.
