    So I've finally finished this one. It was done a while ago, but I'm just coming off a one month ban....

    The wedge, is actually closer to a spacer, which normally I don't like but this was a gigantic razor. It's buckeye burl and I'm happy with how everything turned out. I hand sanded the blade to 2000 grit, then polished it. Then I hot vinegar etched the blade to see the heat treatment. Then I hand sanded from 600 to 2000, and polished. The entire razor minus the blade face was blued. There are lots of swirls in the steel, and it looks so much better in person. Enjoy

    Iirc this blade was halfway etween 10/8 and 11/8. It's huge.
