    Depends on the jimps... and how badly they are rusted and how good you want the result. If they need more than wire brushing and/or a little scraping I generally use a file which matches the geometry of the jimp... most commonly that's a triangular micro-file. I like the diamond coated ones as they last longer.

    I prefer something in the 1.5" size and the 2" is the closest thing to it, that I'm aware of, but you'd need a Foredom to mount those suckers. 6/8 seems a bit small to me, but if it gives an even finish, I'll order'em up from smallparts asap.

    I agree with Joe and 1adaam12, those little bristle wheels are the way to go.
