Thanked: 3215Saw this from ground up milk bottle in a thrift store blender and melted in a thrift store toaster oven.
You could do the same thing to make a block of plastic in a wooden form and even make dome impressions while it is still hot. Then make the punches from metal or hardwood.

I have used a center punch and a small nail punch and a 5mm divot drilled into my pinning block
To make domed washers
1st I dome a washer with the centre punch in the hole then flip it over and use a 3-4mm nail punch to flatten the edge back to make a dome with a flat rimSaved,
to shave another day.

Is this the tool set to do the job in question? Harbor Freight sells them for around US$45To deobfuscate is to convert something that is difficult to un͝d̡͝e҉͞r̴͝st̨̕a͘͢n̢̛d̕̕ ̧͝
into one that is simple, understandable and straightforward.

Never made collars, but have made thrust washers (between scales and blades) using brass sheets .005 - .010. Drill 1/16 holes, then cut them out with paper punch.
