to elaborate on my earlier post, this is my doming method

drilled a divot in my pinning anvil (a blind flange) matching the size of a washer (micro fasteners #0)
get a 4-5mm nail punch & large blunt center punch

place washer in divot ROUNDED side down

a light tap with the center punch

Size: 23.7 KB

    this will dome the washer

remove washer from divot this shows the doming

flip over & place back in the divot

a couple of light taps using the nail punch
this is the tricky bit to keep the lip even

if this helps at least 1 person I will be happy
& still cheaper than a doming set (especially in Aus)
    cheers
