    These are easy mate
    Drill 1/16" holes in some 10 thou" or less brass shim plate then use a paper ring file punch to punch them out with the hole centred
    This usually curls the shim when punched but easily taps back flat on your pinning anvil
    Then a quick rub on some 1k or more grit wrt & dry to clean up
    Job done
    Or you can peen the #0 washers thiner
    Saved,
