Looking for small washers?
I'm looking for washers with a standard inside diamiter of 1/16 but I want the smallest outside diamiter available I only have a few very small ones left not to many so I'm looking to get a few packets can anyone help out, their outside diamiter is smaller than the #00 ones from Micro Fasteners.

Thanked: 13245There is one other supplier of the small SS washers but they are basically the same size as the ones from Microfasteners I think they might be thinner and weaker but not a smaller Diameter

Thanked: 13245Jamie the ones I linked are only 1/8 diameter so the peen pretty much covers the washer after you are done, not sure if they get much smaller they will even hold onto the washer
Might be better to go "Washerless" and maybe spin them

Thanked: 3215Here’s a link to a how to Dome Microfasteners washers, post 5. Doming reduces the OD and come out real close to original factory washers.
You can fill the dimple, when domed it creates a nice, V well to hold the peened head, or peen the head large to almost cover the entire washer.

These are the ones I'm looking for here's a lineup of the 5 different washers I use the one on the end I use when going for that washerless look as a small peened head covers the washer especially effective when used with nickel silver pin, I only have a few left and I'm not sure where I got them from in the first place they seemed to be stainless steel I've taken a photo with measurements.

Thanked: 13245Jamie the ones I linked will be right between the two smallest you posted
at about 3.1mm
This is another source but you have to call them about the tiny ones which for you is a bummer..
Their #0 Med size fits the Nickel Silver rod better though,
