There are a lot of really talented folks here that would do a great job on that razor. Had one done a few weeks back but one of the members here and came out great. It was a W&B in a bit worse shape than yours.

Just got it. it measures in at just under 6/8. its surprisingly very heavy. didn't see that coming. I will post pics after it has been polished and sharpened
