Just don't get close to hydrogen peroxide with this blade, NEVER, ok?
If it was mine, I'd just live with the fact.
Anything I know able to clean the ivory would be too nasty for the steel, and unpinning it would be risky. The scales will crack open if you dare, probably.

It would release free oxygen, clearing the ivory, but rusting the steel savagely.

I prefer a good old pimp slap myself, YMMV though
