    I agree. But I've been eyeing a scroll saw. I have to tell myself not yet. Got to pay off all the stuff I've bought lately. Then the scroll saw and grinder!

    Modded the Belt Sander:
    Took all the sawdust catchers off.
    Mounted bracket/guard that goes across the top of the Sanding belt so that the belt can be changed without having to take a lot of bolts and screws out to do it.
    Reground the mounting bar for the table so that it would sit flat as the cast aluminum was not made right so it wouldn't sit level.
    Cut out the mounting holes on the motor mounting so I could adjust a bit more and replaced the piece of junk China Drive Belt with a Gates.
    Now it should work much better and be easier to change belts.

    I run all my tools with the dust hoods in place so I can use a vacuum system and keep the air clean. Pretty much most materials if you have a good vacuum system you won't need a mask. Then there is things like G-10 and for that you will want to use boat a quality mask and a vacuum system.
