    Actually its really cheap. I got three scales cut out for 8$ with shipping from ponoko.com. they offer 20$ off your first order. Its only 16$ for about 3 scales and they have a lot of colors and materials, even wood and bamboo.

    That's interesting. Too bad I don't know how to make a file for scales. If it were possible to get some cut and shaped at that price it would be awesome. Making the files would be a bit more work though I bet.
    PM me your address and I'll mail you enough 1/16 brass rod to pin a couple razors. I'll stick it in a letter envelope so shipping won't be an issue.

    Yes, this is another fantastic spot to buy pins and washers. I've used a few of his on my last few and they are great.
