    To know for sure what the problem is, you'd have to unpinn it and check the tang against a flat surface to see how flat/straight the blade is. If its even on both sides, the scales are probably warped, or have shrunk, or have shifted because of a loose wedge pin. Once that's figured out, then the proper repair can be made to fix it
