    Default Single Pin Scales

Wondering if anyone has had a go at making scales only pinned at the pivot end and glued at the wedge end and whether any problems have arisen with the wedge end coming apart.

    Example:

I've been wanting to do something similar for an upcoming project using acrylic cement (with acrylic scales of course) to bond the wedge end which should hold indefinitely. But you never know what problems may arise.

I have done them with epoxy and horn, with a horn wedge. My problem is I didn’t like the look and ended up just putting a pin in them anyway.
