Shaved with my F. Finney Tally-Ho wedge this morning. Wish it looked as nice as that one! Great shavers though. Nice work Gary - looks perfect!

Buddel,I wet grind them up to 1200 grit(can be up to 6 grits depending on how much material has to be removed),then on to the buffing wheels,usually 4 grits(up to 6 for the EELL shine).I try to stay away from flap wheels,and such.There is no easy way out,that I have found,but it sure beats the hand sanding that some guys have reported they are doing.Best Regards gary

Gary,
I was unable to locate the information I was looking for on previous threads, could also be newbie inexperience. The question is what tools are you using when you "wet grind" is it a bench top grinder or a dremel style tool. If it is a bench grinder how do you secure the blade while working?

Yes wet grind with a double shaft variable speed bench grinder(have 4)2 are 1/3 h.p ,2 are 1/2 hp also 2 double shaft buffer.....use so many to keep from changing the setup so often regards gary
