    Default Instanter 7/8 got out of rehab

    This is the Instanter 7/8 that had the ugly ivory scales in a previous post.I made some new scales for it.The scales are more of a dark burgundy color,than they appear in the photo.This is a very nice shaver.I will be putting it up for sale in a week or so when I have some time.It will be inexpensive.Best regards Gary

    Be8ng new to this excuse my ignorance but what kind of pin is that on the pivot? And i see no pin in the back.

    The pivot pin is a really really small nut and bolt, probably brass with two brass washers.
    The wedge and wedge end of the scales are glued together.

    This is what i thought. So would yhis be concidered not finished sence its bolted together and not pined? Forgive my ignorance.
