D.C. Halsted w/ Yougottaguess wood scales
Here we have a Halsted 7/8 that really needed a good scrubbing up. It was nearly black at the start. Brass spacer and pins. Finish is 8 coats of CA. I ain't gonna say what the scales are..... you tell me....
I still have a bit of polishing to do to the pins and spacer, then it's going up for sale.

Beautiful razor Dennis, and the scales are wonderful...I never would have thought OSB board could even be polished...
....Hmmm, now my whole universe is clouded... I guess you CAN polish a turd
Seriously, I like the razor, absolutely stunning

I couldn't help it..... when I saw me looking back at me in the viewfinder... I had to click one off. That's the left side of my face reflected reverse in the blade. I laughed and opened my left eye..... does sorta creep me out now that I look at it.
Looks like those wavy mirrors in a fun house, I've a pug look. My nose IS really much longer. LMAOLast edited by denmason; 04-15-2008 at 06:09 PM.

Test shave just completed. I'm BBS. Razor was easy to handle and was well behaved and shaved nicely. Just sanitized it and will be posting it in BST soon.
