That can be a perfectly serviceable razor in 6-10 hours in fact probably even nicer than serviceable if you take the time a nd patience with it...
The blade doesn't look that bad either.... slight uneven hone wear which can be corrected.....
6-10 hours ? Man, I would just hone it and shave with it. As gssixgun said, it's not going to be perfect but it should shave really well.
