Thread: Question about restoration.

Looking at those pics, I would guess that there is no way in hell you could get out those spine scratches without losing the etching. Personally I would just take off all goldwash since it is missing randomly anyway.

P.S. blade scratches up by the spine wont affect the shave- so how important is the appearance to you?

Sorry I forgot to mention last time that I could not feel the scratches when I ran a thumb over them .
