I'm sorry! It is a shame that some guy just ruins such a nice razor, but I guess s*** happens.
Good luck on finding something more suitable for college, maybe a razor-box would be a good idea? Then you could lock it so it would be less of a chance that people fool around with it.

Thanked: 7You could have it cut down, take the gold wash off, and use it as a detail razor...
Or something to practice honing with.

Thanked: 335Gulley,
That's some serious damage: it's toast. I wonder if the useless tool will tell you what he (I assume) did to ruin your razor. He (I assume) owes you full replacement costs including shipping plus some soap and cream for your being deprived on a very nice razor. I'd get the cash in hand and then put out the contract.
People like that really don't deserve to keep all their parts.

First impression when I saw the pics: Oh f*ck!
As-is it is done. Fnord offered a great suggestion though. You could shorten the razor up to the crack and it'll be like new, minus the offset goldwash and all. Sorry man.

sorry, I messed up, shavingshop.com not classic shaving.
I'm terribly sorry for you. the worst thing is when you dont' have a lot of dough, but save up for the nicest you can afford, figuring you only will get the one, then someting like this.
I do agree with the hose suggestion, about a 3ft length off a spare garden hose will work, just DON'T use the end with the threads, keep that grip side or you will leave marks.
