    Just keep watch for a nice blade, of the right dimensions, in need of scales. How are you at rescaling? You may need to send the new blade & scales to one of the resto guys to pair them.

    I'd cast a mold from that handle and pour new ones in pretty colors.

    See now I envision a hardened weathered tough as nails old ship's captain who kept that on his boat and shaved with it just like that up until recently when he died at sea of a ripe old age. Aarghhh, matey!
