If the razor opened after it hit the floor there may be a part of the edge that is slightly folded over or chipped. Magnification & a good light source should confirm or deny damage.
BTW 16 of mine hit the deck when the shelf they were on collapsed. The only one that was damaged was not in a coffin. It happens.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Well, theoretically speaking that area of steel is now weaker than the rest of the edge.
Personally, I would prefer to hone it out but I'm pretty obsessive. If you've managed to straighten it you could go ahead & strop it up & just use it. When I dropped a razor on the tile floor, it was obviously open at the time, because there was a visible piece of edge broken off and flapping in the breeze.
