Thanked: 20Question On Razors
I bought these four razors and two seem a little questionable to my untrained eye. The two on top are the ones in question. The white scaled one feels like a Chinese or Pakistani knock-off when it rode the Aoto (Jimmy's HAD just hit me hard and I bought a new natural Aoto) and the other razor looks nothing like the W&Bs that I've seen. At any rate, my noob eye needs some help. Thank you all in advance.

I'd guess that the W&B was rescaled (and maybe a regrind?), but I can't say about the German blade.

Nice finds! You must have a gold mine down there.

Looks OK
Nothing there strikes me as fake, nothing wrong with rescales or regrinds. The "made in Germany" razor was probably just produced for a retailer somewhere. Fakes are generally prettier. I'll bet it hones and shaves well.

Looks like you did good. Is the top left a Puma? I can't read it....

Thanked: 20The one with white scales has a worked back. They seem to resemble roses. As soon as I can clean them up and hone them, I will write up every juicy detail on their shaving ability.
Top left razor reads "Extra Special."

The scales on the W&B, upper right, are exactly like the ones on my Boker.

Thanked: 235The T. Noonan and Sons looks legit to me. I had one of those before I sold it. I found this razor to be very easy to hone and it shaved great.
