From your pictures it looks like the pivot pin has already been replaced. If not it has been mashed pretty bad already. Compare the pivot pin to the spacer pin and you'll see what I mean. At this point replacing the pin will not detract any value over it's current condition. Maybe see if someone can replace the pin with original washers saved from previous restores.

Oh yea, the scales may need to be straightened also. I have had success straightening the scales w/o removing the pins si it shouldn't be an issue with a pin removed.
