Thanked: 2209Not me guys, regrinding is not something I do for others right now.
Still practicing on my own razors!
To the OP.... regrinding is a hairy operation and few guys really want to take it on. The chance of ruining the razor is much to high. Even if the razor is a big fat wedge there is a good chance it will lose 1/16 to 1/8 inch off the width. So your 8/8 will become a 7/8.Last edited by randydance062449; 06-30-2010 at 05:24 AM.

I gotta say I disagree here. I've found it pretty easy to keep wedges at their original width. To lose 1/8" off the width would take a LOT of effort IME. Thanks for posting my name in this thread too, but I'm not doing them anymore. Just too busy and trying to concentrate on customs. I don't think Bill Ellis is doing them either. Maybe Joe Chandler or Josh Earl?

Thanked: 1936Right at 5". Price is right at about $50.00, speed is right for tempered steel, especially with the water option.
