As it is now it is broken...
so run or ruin
If you dont ruin the temper or snap off more off the blade it could become a good blade someday

did you pay with paypal? if so then file a dispute if the seller wont give you a refund.

you could grind the back of the heal down it looks like the crack is only a 1/2 in into the blade i had to do the same thing to a double duck razor because of a crack
