    I think a vigorous polish might do the trick on this one, without any grinding/sanding. My Satinedge was almost as bad and I polished it out by hand.

    There will be heavy pitting, and the blade of the DDcks is thin... Tough call...

    Wow. That razor looks like it was left on the back porch of an ocean-front cottage. Maybe you could try for some sort of textured finish.
