    Very beautiful work.

You should also post a pic which shows off the wood grain pattern and color of the scales. What wood did you use for them?

    Default Applause!

I'm engaged in my first full scale resto and I don't expect my scales to come out looking that good, but I'm hoping. Nice job.

    Smile hone

Well I have started to hone the razor ,been at it for an hour ,As expected ,hardly a dent. This is definately going to take a while . I had to put four layers of tape on the spine to get to the edge,as the blade has a very fine hollow grind ,nearly a wedge . I will fix that when I do razor no 2 ,as this is my first on I`m discovering things as I go along ,things that I will change on the next one
any way I will let you know how I go
    Kind regards Peter
