Yeah.. I was planning on getting 100 size 0 brass ones and kicking like 50 over Nenad's way. Or maybe 100 each of 0 and 00. Still mulling over what we're going to be getting, but send me a pm, so we can start arranging this

For those of you who want to get the Lee Valley 16 guage escutcheon pins, be aware that their tips are in fact slightly thicker than 1/16.
You 'll have to first clip the tip in order to fit them into a 1/16 tube / #0 washer.
Just FYI.

Update: The scales were old and cracked even though my taps were VERY gentle. Therefore I temporarily mounted the blade on the scales from that W&B that I chipped beyond repair during the polishing process. It's a tight fit (if you can call it a fit lol), but it's good enough to keep the Butler shaving while I wait for the replacements. Used 1/16 brass rod-stock, 3/32" brass tubing (1/16 was too tight) for outside washers and #2-72 brass washers on the inside. Works well enough as a temporary solution, but I'd definitely like to mount it on better scales and use a more elegant washer solution.
