Pins
I was wondering where in the world do you get the barrel bolts , binder bolts, chicago bolts , etc , that Hart Steel uses to pin their razors? Or something close.

If I'm not mistaken, there was a thread about Hart's hardware, and one of their guys said they are custom made. I could, of course, be mistaken.
Edit: turns out I was not mistaken http://straightrazorpalace.com/works...rt-razors.html

Thanked: 993You can also check Micro Fasteners - Hobbyists Source - Locknuts - Washers - Machine Screws - Fasteners - Rivets - Wood Screws. They may not have Chicago bolts, but there may be something else that appeals to you. Good luck in you search.
Also, if you need more information or are confused in any way, I suggest calling them. The two ladies that I have spoken to over the phone are wonderfully polite and very helpful. Excellent customer service.
Hope this helps a bit.

He'd probably restore a razor or two, hone a few, maybe have a beer. He's resourceful that way.
