Used these last night on a Novodur I had unpinned to clean up and they worked great. Look very close to the original. Thanks once again for the link!
No longer having to save old collars will be a relief (though I'll probably still do it anyway). I might just order another 500 to keep me stocked for awhile.

So, if you were to buy the small hex heads #0-80, would that be the correct hex head screw? Than the #0 Washer, with the #0-80 hex nut.
These are the sizes I need, correct??
Thanks mates!!-- Any day I get out of bed, and the first thing out of my mouth is not a groan, that's going to be a good day --

I wasn't aware that this was a problem. I special ordered 400 washers similar to these from my local Ace Hardware store a couple of years ago. They already had them in the bins with all the other fastener hardware, they just didn't have enough on hand so I paid about $20 for them to order more for me.

Oddly enough, I've had a few hundred of these that I had been using sparingly that I ordered from microfasteners a while back from their clearance area of their site....i wonder why they never had them in their normal product line...its great to see a new source for these so i can start using them more often . Thanks!!!

For those that are wondering - here is a Globusmen that I unpinned and cleaned up.
I used these new stainless washers to re-pin it. I didn't want to risk unpinning the wedge and third pin for fear of breaking the scales.
As you can see - they match very closely. Much, much better than the ones from microfasteners. If I was totally anal about my personal razors I probably would have done all three, but I just want to shave with it and not have the new pins/collars look totally out of place like the ones from microfasters would.

So this place is close enough for me to drive to and they allow will call. I stopped in to pick up some SS washers and the girl setting up my order (very cute btw) said; "ok, I have to know, what you are using these for? We've recently had a run on these washers from all over the world." So I showed her this site and this thread and explained what we are using em for. I think she was glad to solve that little mystery, and it made for a fun first visit to their store
