    Default real dog

this job was a real stuff up from the start ,inlay round the wrong way ,blade wont sit exactly centered, and now when I try to hone it I find that I have re ground it wrong and I had to remove the blade and touch up the grind and edge again,I think I have it ok now . I have started to put the initial bevel on it and every thing looks good (SO FAR),it not the lot is going in the bin
Let you know how it goes. On the other hand the razor with the woody pear scales is great ,I have shaved with it on 3 occasions now and can`t fault it ,just a tad biased though
    Kind regards Peter

    Kind regards Peter

Looks very nice to me. I hope you get it up to snuff and enjoy it for many years.

I think you deserve a bucket of points just for not giving up. As long as we all learn from our tiny errors, we can get better on the next one. I think you did just fine and I look forward to your next project.

As it should, Peter. Most of us would have ended up with just a pile of metal particles, so you're already ahead of the curve
