Thanked: 13245Update just for fun
This is the first one of the bones going through the process, sorry I didn't update until now, but you guys know how it goes, you get sidetracked with other things
This is after the first few hours of boiling just getting the meat and gristle off, Hmmmmmm
Soup anyone????
Once I get them pretty clean then I will add Bleach then Hydrogen Peroxide to the boil to stop any biologic process and to whiten the bone...
I use pretty close to this process ...

Heck of a "Process".
Can't wait to see the finished product.
Can you imagine some burglar getting caught in gssixgun's house and ending up as a set of "scales".

Neither one of my dogs weigh as much as one of those bones. I will be keeping an eye on this thread to see the progress. I have a sneaking suspicion that things will get interesting. Besides your threads usually have something to make me smile, kind like the above response. Those Dahmers should go on a Dubl Duck Lifetime with the Frim Reaper bolster, that would be a hot razor.
