Thread: Restoration Supplies

Is there a chance that this thread can be updated and expanded? Since getting into straights I have been toying around with repairing and restoring. I have some "junk" razors that I have to practice on. I am looking for a list of tools and venders to get started.

I have read the wiki and picked up some info from there but those of you who restore could you provide a list of basic tools to start?

Is it safe to assume that I should start with removing and replacing scales before moving on to blade work?

You might want to check here at the top of the workshop forum list is a "sticky" so you can find it at all times
